The company was founded in mid year 1997 by Robert M. Hoover, the company, then called CompuTech, was then broadened from programming and consultation, to all of the services we provide today. Today RHoover Networks is a thriving business, charging hard drive forward in to the computer world of tomorrow and making those technologies available today.
